Well my dream house is nothing short of a dream..
Because well unless you want to fund it??
I love love love the look of a shabby chic..country look..
I want to live in the middle of nowhere...with a fishing pond and creek for the kids to enjoy..
A wrap around porch with old rocking chairs and a porch swing..to watch them...
Big windows to let the light in...
Green grass and wild flowers..
A tire swing..
Dogs of all breeds running wild..mainly a basset & a st benard..idk why...thats just what I want..
A treehouse..for the kids..then the grandkids..and then great grandkids.. lol
A place I will never want to leave...
A place that looks something like this!
I want a kitchen like this...
To have a kitchen JUST LIKE THIS!!!... i love how you can sit and talk and gather!!

A girls room like this...
And a boys room like this...
Master bedroom like this...
And a bathroom like this...
Anyone want to make this dream come true?? or tell me where to find cheap stuff to decorate like this! :)

Almost all of your choices are what we have in mind for our home. :-) Hardwood floors all the way, and I love the skylight idea in the bathroom, I will have to add that to our binder :-)
I cant wait to maybe get started on it..slowly of course..some of that stuff is expensive!
I have to admit, I prefer bedrooms to be dark as well. Not sure exactly why. One reason is that the slightest bit of light coming through in the morning will wake me up and I'd rather not be up at the crack of dawn unless I have to be. But I like the curtains drawn during the day as well. (Right now, my bedroom's at the back of the house, so I can get away with it.)
I'd LOVE that bathroom though. I like the idea of a skylight right above the bath, even though I prefer showers myself.
I'm definitely not living in my dream house yet. The house valuation on anything even approaching my dream house would make my bank account scream in agony. *sigh* Maybe one day.
